Description: Since 1840, generations of agricultural pioneers have committed themselves to a labor of love in preserving an historic piece of property in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. In 1975, a 250-acre parcel known as Sweet Water Springs Ranch was turned over to eager viticulturalists and the award-winning Hop Kiln Winery was born. Hop Kiln Winery is geographically blessed, located on Healdsburg’s Westside Road amongst the Russian River’s finest producers. This land has seen many proud owners in its 100 + year history. In 2004, this renowned property was purchased by Westside Grapes. And with that switch, tradition returned to the soil with the sole purpose of upscaling and excellence, realizing the full potential of incredible real estate, yet remaining committed to preserving the property’s colorful past.
